The CK Tools T2271A Non-Contact Visual Voltage Detector is a reliable and safe tool for non-contact AC voltage tests. It features a bright red LED illumination on detection of AC voltage, and is double insulated to ensure safe use near live circuitry. This voltage tester has a voltage detection range of 70-1,000V AC, an operating temperature of -10° to +50°, a frequency range of 50 to 500Hz, a visual LED indicator, and a CAT IV installation category. It requires 2 x 1.5V AAA batteries (not supplied) for power supply. This ergonomic, dual component body construction also features a handy pocket clip.
