Delivery
We provide complimentary delivery on all UK Mainland purchases exceeding £199, inclusive of VAT.
For orders under £199, delivery charges will be assessed at checkout.
Our shipping services extend across England, Wales, and Scotland, excluding some remote areas in northern Scotland and nearby islands, which necessitate a delivery timeframe of at least two days and may incur additional fees. Please verify the DPD postcode exclusions for these regions on our website.
In instances where items within a single order have varying lead times, dispatch will align with the product requiring the longest period. We do not dispatch items separately.
We operate dispatches from Monday to Friday utilising DPD for larger parcels and The Royal Mail tracked 48 service for smaller packages. Once items are dispatched from our warehouse, specific delivery times and dates cannot be assured, as any delays are outside our control.
Returns
You have 100 days from receipt of your items to initiate a return for a refund, pending a goods inspection.
Please be aware: A refund may be withheld for returns if the items are damaged, not in a saleable condition, lost during transit, not returned in their original packaging, or sent back after the 100-day period.
We do not cover the costs of return shipping. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrange for returns.
